This is where I grew up

I grew up in Bologna – a city renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and delicious cuisine.

Often referred to as the “food capital” of Italy, Bologna is famous for its culinary traditions, including fresh, handmade pasta like tagliatelle and tortellini, as well as the iconic Bolognese sauce (ragù).
Modern osterias in Bologna continue to uphold the traditional concept of offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where people can enjoy authentic Italian food.

Creating the spirit of an osteria is about capturing the essence of Italian hospitality and providing an inviting space where people can savor good food, wine, and company. By combining these elements, we aim to deliver a unique and memorable dining experience here in Poland.

We focus on serving authentic Italian dishes that highlight regional flavors and ingredients — offering classics such as pasta, pizza, salads, appetizers, and traditional Italian desserts.
